The Elegance of Sri Lanka is our flagship 16 day / 15 night private tour — the most comprehensive itinerary we offer. Sixteen days gives you the rare luxury of spending real time in every major region of Sri Lanka without any sense of rush.
This tour covers the complete Cultural Triangle (Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya, Dambulla), the hill country (Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Horton Plains, Ella), the wildlife corridor (Udawalawe, Yala), the colonial south coast (Galle, Mirissa) and the west coast beaches (Bentota, Negombo). Nothing major is left out.
The 16 day tour is particularly popular with Australian and German travellers who have extended leave, with luxury travellers who want time to enjoy the finest hotels and resorts on the island, and with families who need a slower pace to travel comfortably with children.
Every day is private. Your own driver-guide, your own vehicle, your own schedule. As always, the itinerary is fully customisable — add a cooking class, upgrade to a safari lodge or spend an extra night at your favourite stop.
